Reinventing Theology: As the People's Work
When, as a number of the iona Community, plan entered industry in 1942 as the first of what became a worker-priest/pastor movement, he was challenged to justify such action on top of an MA and BD with distinction in Systematic Theology. He said, at that time, that his action did not mean the abandonment of ministry but a search for authentic ministry, nor the abandonment of theology but a search for a more relevant theology. The concern of this book has accordingly been a lifelong preoccupation.
