The World of Teilhard de Chardin
Positive evidence will be necessary to prove that agreement can reached between the scientific conception of the world and of man, and religion. The Jesuit, Teilhard de Chardin, has gone further than anyone else in dedicating himself to this task. For many years, he has struggled to define the bridge between science and faith, in the same way as he has, as an anthropologist and priest united the scientific conception and the religious conception of man. In his bold vision, he sees the the resurgence of a humanity which will find its happiness in the Noosphere. This will not be attained by automation alone, but by the united effort of all who desire progress.
