This second volume of Fr. Fransen's theological essays includes importance considerations of concelebration, and of the status of episcopal conferences. These are preceded by two essays on the priesthood, and the problems of the priest today. The book opens with three chapters concerned with the gift of the Spirit, and with confirmation. As with the first book, the author bases his work firmly on the church's traditional teaching, and proceeds to relate it firmly to present day realities.
