This little book is offered to those Catholic who would like to read the New Testament, but who find the available literature a trifle beyond them. Its purpose is to serve as a stepping-stone to the better and fuller books which already exist. Once the New Testament itself has been read with enough appreciation to ensure enjoyment, the fuller nooks become interesting and intelligible in quite a new way.
