<note>The Finding of The first of the Dead Sea Scrolls in 1947 was a religious and historical discovery of major importance. And the major book on those first findings was Dr. Burrows' The Dead Sea Scrolls, described by the Manchester Guardians as: ' far and away the best general survey that has yet appeared. ' Since then there have been further discoveries and further publications of manuscripts. In all, eleven caves yielding scrolls and fragments have now been found, and in More Light on the Dead Sea Scrolls Dr. Burrows tells the story of each, and of its contents.</note>
