Book 2 of the Australian Catechism has been designed for the lower secondary grades. As secondary education begins in some States after Grade VI and in others after Grade VII, it is impossible to be more precise. Those schools which begin secondary work after Grade VI may find that it can be used as the basis of a three years' course. It could be used also for pupils in Government secondary schools, in the middle and even senior secondary grades.
