The Story of Saint Carthage: Otherwise Saint Mochuda
A busy priest in a struggling Australian mission considered that his flock could be spiritually benefited by a simple account of the life of the parish Patron. Such was the origin of this work. If here and there the Irish reader finds it a little strange he has already got the explanation. The material grew beyond expectation; and this being the thirteenth centenary of Saint's death it was thought that the 'Story of Saint Carthage' might be acceptable to a wider circle than was originally contemplated.
