Missionary commitment in the concrete raises a multitude of questions connected with a variety of disciplines such as: anthropology, sociology, psychology, theology, etc. But in everyday life these cannot be isolated from one another. The are only varied forms of a deeper unified activity on the personal level. If such unity is lacking then these sciences are no more than tools, made use of, but not personally integrated. A spirituality is not simply a mental framework; it is a total personal attitude. In this sense what is called the 'spirit' of a person is the most concrete thing possible because it is tied up so closely with the source of his activity.
