In the Philippines, the rural poor have been the focus of development programs and projects in the past decades. Despite all these however, we cannot categorically say, that we have raised the living standard of the rural poor at a satisfactory level. This book is an effort to help constitute to knowledge base in rural development management in the Philippines. We hope to be part of growing movement in this direction.
