The New International Commentary on the New Testament
Written at a time when there was a dearth of material on Acts, the first edition of this work was warmly received. In this revision, Bruce has undertaken a patient, chapter by chapter reworking of his book, incorporating the best elements of notable recent contributions to the study of Luke Acts. Whereas the first edition used the text of the American Standard Version of 1901, the revision is based on Bruce own fresh translation of the Greek text.
