Foundations of Theology
A theological examinations of the Christian Church, the doctrines about Jesus Christ and the nature of the sacrament presupposes that certain foundations have already been laid for such study. What are these foundations? Where and how does theology begin? In this book attempt to create a basis for discussion in the theology by exploring some fundamental notions which must affect the full development to any theology. From the outset it is worth while trying to get things straight about the nature of theology it self, theological procedure, revelation, salvation history and the link between Christian faith and history. To investigate the meaning of these categories in theology and try our hand at expressing them accurately should help to shut off later false understanding and yield greater intelligibility.
