Students, technicians, business executive, military leaders, government officials, or professional workers are all writers. Every day most of them write something that will be read by one or more persons; letters, themes, research papers, reports, memorandums, brochures, programs, catalogs, minutes, church bulletins, news stories. From time to time, a few hundred persons write news stories, articles, pamphlets or books and submit them for publication. However, only a very small portion of the vast amount of knowledge, wisdom and insight of Filipino writers claim that the process of writing is very difficult for them, so they delay writing promised articles and chapters of books as long as possible.
