A Glimpse of A Mystery by Reverend Dr. Charles Chiew has been visualized clearly in his writing and became a historical fact especially the challenges faced by missionaries during the Japanese era in North Borneo. A location map and illustrations of the various places mentioned by the writer would enable readers to remember the sequence of events clearly during the Japanese occupation and the Second World War.
