Considering the range of scientific disciplines, psychology is surely to be considered as one of the youngest disciplines among them. The foundation of the first psychological laboratory by Wundt in Leipzig is only about one century ago and psychology is still in its first stages of development. From the very beginning psychologists have been working in the field of education. They have studied all kinds of learning behavior of all kinds of organisms in general and they have been testing school children in particular.
