How simple it would be if could solve the ever-present problem of Church-state relation under one or the other of general classifications ordinarily used: union of Church and state or separation of Church and state! On the contrary, we confront a situation born the coming of Christianity which gives us two orders of life one supernatural, the other natural, and while both have jurisdiction in the moral sphere, there is in the final analysis a recognition of the superiority of the supernatural by all who hold to either Christian o Judaic beliefs.
