Man and History in the Bhagavad Gita and in Hegel
The original dissertation consists of an Introduction and eight chapters; however, the available time and funds limited me to publishing only the major part which forms the core of my dissertation: chapters three, four, six, seven and eight. Chapter three deals with the notion of man in the Bhagavad Gita, and chapter four with its notion of history. Chapter six treats the notion of man in Hegel, and chapter seven his conception of history. Lastly, chapter eight compares the notions of man and history in the Bhagavad Gita and in Hegel. This last chapter closes with conclusions of the comparison which serves as well as a conclusion of the whole study.
