Most commentators on Fascism eschewed thought and was predicated on 'action'. The ideology of Fascism however, indicates the basic intellectual continuity of Fascist doctrine and ideology. The author reveals that continuity when he compares the social and political thought of the young Mussolini with his mature political ideas.
