Micah: A Commentary
Though only seven chapters long, Micah is remarkable in its Wange and significance. It states almost all the important Old Testament theological themes. It contains sayings of many different kinds, a variety that spans the majority of types of speech used by the prophets. It includes material that originated in the eighth, seventh, and sixth centuries before Christ. Small as it is, Micah is a veritable guide to the history and course of the prophetic movement.
