Universal Social Right is the third volume of the English translation of Rosmini's The Philosophy of Right. Having considered the essence of right, and human in the person, who is subsistent right itself, Rosmini now moves on to examine rights in persons who form societies. He prepares the ground for this by subjecting the concept and origins of society to acute analysis.
