While this book will, hopefully, have much to offer to people of various backgrounds who are interested in mental health and emotional maturity, even a first glance at its contents will reveal that it was directed to specific readers who use a health. It is, in fact, a collection of readings for discussion in the regular weekly meetings of GROW Groups.
