In the wake of Vatican II there has been a proliferation in all languages, of books, articles, studies of different kinds, assemblies, conferences; and structural reforms, more or less noteworthy, are being initiated. I have the impression, however, that immediate concern with the REFORM OF CONSCIENCE is the area which is least well developed. Yet this is something which the Council desired and which is presupposed, in every affective change it initiated.
