The research project was undertaken for the Australian Catholic Bishop Conference by the Bishop' Committee for Justice, Development and Peace, Australian Catholic University and the Australian Conference of Leaders of Religious Institutes. The result identify key issues concerning women's participation in the Church. This is the largest research project on a single issue undertaken by the Catholic Church in Australia.
