A Feast of History: The Drama of Passover Through the Ages



The Haggadah - read at the Seder on the first two nights (first night only in Israel) of Passover - is the text of an ancient ritual which combines reverence, pride and gaiety. It celebrates the original Exodus from Egypt by a festive meal recalling the present form of the celebration goes back some two thousand years.
