The film is an outstanding modern means of communication. Many of us, underestimating its potential and importance either ignore it, or regard it as minimal. Nevertheless, the film is here to stay. The artistic and industrial sides of the movie business are developing daily, but what about our understanding? The Film is an attempt to assist parents, educators, and those interested in the social impact of movies to develop in themselves and the young people whom they educate, reasonable Christian attitudes towards this most important medium.
