The objectives of this volume are threefold; (1) to provide a general structure for students, scholars and practitioners to obtain comprehensive information on recently published and unpublished literature in and related to the field of organizational communication, (2) to continue to develop a classification system for the literature of interest to the field of organizational communication, and (3) to provide abstracts of that literature for the year 1978 in the form of classified and annotated bibliographies.
