The Ethical Manager: A New Method for Business Ethics
This is a different kin of business ethics textbook. If you are a manager or aspiring manager, its aim is to teach you hoe to think through difficult ethical decisions ecountered in organizational life. For this purpose, it introduces a new method of moral reasoning, and it seeks to develop skills in applying this method by taking you, the reader, through a series of real-life cases drawn from many areas of business experience. Over the past two decades, as the field of business ethics achieved a recognized place in business education, the number of textbooks published in the field grew accordingly.
