This book is a record of my own experience. As such it is deeply colloured with Buddhist thought, but it is not a Buddhist book, nor need it be added to any Buddhist library. It concern the analysis of action, in the sense of right acting rather than right action, and the emphasis is therefore on the how and why of action rather than the what.
