There is a great deal written and said about love these days. It can scarcely be denied that many people think live is very important. It is also widely realized that Christianity amphasizes the practice of this virtue. Accordingly, it is curoius that there are so few studies of what the Bible means when it uses the term. We usually assume that everybody knows what the word means, and that it has a generally agreed-upon meaning.
