Servant Leadership: A Journey into the Nature of Legitimate Power and Greatness
Were I to read a book like this I would want to know something of the source of the ideas presented. Assuming that the present reader has a similar interest, a brief summary is given. As late as the last half of my senior year in college I was without a clear vocational aim. I knew that, on graduation, I would work at something, but I was not much concerned about what it would be. In due course, I assured myself, I would give that important matter some attention. The only certainty was that I wanted no more formal education. I would settle for a bachelor's degree.
