The National Population and Family Planning Program has passed the seventies with encouraging results that create great optimism for the years ahead. The decade of the seventies was just the first stage of the program course. The following stages extend far before us. These following stages have to be met and passed succesfully. We have just entered the decade of the eighties, a time that present great challenge. Present commitments need be stabilized and translated into realistic programs, reaching through villages to each Indonesian family wherever they are.
