Time for Consent: A Christian's Approach to Homosexuality
His book can be welcomed as a refreshingly open treatment of a subject which, despite recent liberal legislation and the the growing permissiveness of attitudes to sexual behaviour of every sort, remains in the twilight of ethical concern. There is need for a realistic understanding of the etiology of homosexual behaviour as well as of the social consequences it must necessarily create. There is even greater need to examine the traditional categories of moral judgment and to ask how far homosexuality as such, and homosexual acts in particular can be reconciled with the judeo-Christian comennation of them as inherently sinful in character.
